§ 47-10. Appearance ticket.

In the event of noncompliance with the provisions of this local law and after 10 days have elapsed from receipt of the written notice, the Building Inspector may issue an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Lancaster Justice Court at a date and time as specified on the appearance ticket. The appearance ticket shall specify the alleged violation, the date and time and a description of the vehicle(s) involved, a copy of which shall be forwarded to the Town Justice Court and shall be accompanied by information detailing the violation and attempts made by the Building Inspector to achieve compliance.
