Chapter 35. Regulation of Off-Street Parking Areas

§ 35-9. Penalties for offenses.

Each violation of § 35-8 of this law shall be an offense punishable by a term of imprisonment not exceeding fifteen (15) days or a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250.), or both. Each violation of § 35-7 of this law shall be an offense punishable by a term of imprisonment not exceeding five (5) days or a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.), or both.
