§ 15-11. Penalties for offenses.

A.
Each violation of this local law shall constitute an offense punishable by a fine of up to $250 and/or six-month jail term.

B.
In addition to the above-provided penalties, the Town Board of the Town of Lancaster may also maintain an action or proceeding in the name of the Town, in a court of competent jurisdiction, to compel compliance with or to restrain by injunction the violation of this local law.
